Phil is a qualified accountant with over 20 years of leadership experience across the legal and technology sectors, bringing a practical, client-focused approach to managing complex operations, driving strategic growth, and building trusted relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Phil has extensive experience overseeing finance, human resources, compliance, client services, and operational systems within professional services environments, with a strong focus on delivering efficient, client-centred outcomes and supporting sustainable business growth.

Prior to moving into senior legal operations and management roles, Phil held a number of Finance and Operational roles with IBM.

Phil is passionate about building strong operational foundations that support exceptional client service, commercial performance, and long-term organisational success.
