Prior to joining Resolve Conflict, Marlene has had over five years’ experience as a receptionist and administrative clerk most recently in the construction industry.
As the first point of contact, Marlene believes it is vital to create a warm and inviting initial impression to clients. Marlene brings her compassion and knowledge to greet and route calls efficiently between clients and the Resolve Conflict team.
