Jessica is experienced in all aspects involving complex financial and parenting cases, litigation, Financial Agreements, Binding Child Support Agreements and Intervention Order matters.

Jessica is a compassionate and driven individual who understands the emotions and complexities in dealing with family separation and ensures that all options are presented so informed decisions can be made.

Jessica has a strong focus on early resolution either by negotiation or mediation whilst also having the ability to strongly advocate for her client’s rights.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Laws from Southern Cross University; and
• Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice from the College of Law.

Interests

When Jessica isn't scoring excellent results for her clients, she is out scoring points on the basketball court or spending time with her two wonderful children.
